Dr. Damodharan Kothandaraman, professionally known as Chef Damu, is an esteemed Indian celebrity chef. Renowned for his culinary expertise, he has hosted numerous cooking shows and reality cooking competitions on various Tamil language television channels. Notably, he served as a judge on Cooku with Comali, aired on Star Vijay. In 2010, he achieved a Guinness World Record for the longest cooking marathon by an individual.

Not only a culinary maestro, but Chef Damu also holds the distinction of being the first Indian chef to earn a Ph.D. in Hotel Management and Catering Technology, awarded by the University of Madras in 2004. His contributions extend beyond the kitchen; he has made appearances in Tamil films and has played a pivotal role in popularizing South Indian cuisine both domestically and internationally. Chef Damu's enduring legacy in the culinary world continues to inspire chefs and food enthusiasts alike.

Chef Madhampatty Rangaraj 

Madhampatty Rangaraj is an Indian chef, actor, and CEO of Madhampatty Thangavelu Hospitality Pvt Ltd, renowned for its catering services in Tamil Nadu and neighboring states. His acting journey commenced with his debut in the romantic drama "Mehandi Circus" (2019), followed by an appearance in the thriller "Penguin" (2020).

Rangaraj's professional trajectory is a testament to his versatility. While Rahul's initial passion lay in animation, he pursued engineering before venturing into the food industry. In 1999, he assumed control of his family's businesses alongside his brother. Transitioning to Bangalore, he established a mess (restaurant), and upon returning to Madhampatty, he began catering for small functions. Over time, Rangaraj expanded his culinary endeavors, providing meals for film crews and catering to over four hundred weddings, including actor Karthi's wedding. His expertise also extended to events such as the 2013 Coimbatore Marathon.

Notably, Rangaraj is credited with creating the recipe for green guava chutney, showcasing his innovation in culinary arts. His foray into cinema garnered praise, with his portrayal in "Mehandi Circus" earning him recognition as the lead protagonist. Subsequently, he landed roles in notable projects like "Penguin" and signed on for "Casino," marking his continued success in the film industry
